Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the Hotel Alba, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining security and order. 

Duties

• Greet guests and visitors with a friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed.
• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals access the premises.
• Ensuring a positive first impression while upholding the hotel's standards of professionalism and courtesy.
• Dress professionally according to hotel standards and maintain a neat and tidy appearance. 
• Weather related duties: Assist guests with opening umbrellas or navigating inclement weather. 

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner. 
• Strong customer service orientation: Commitment to providing a positive and welcoming guest experience. 
• Physical ability: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting luggage. 
• Knowledge of local area: Familiarity with nearby restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. 
• Attention to detail: Ability to observe and respond to guest needs. 
• Professionalism: Maintaining a polite and respectful demeanor at all times.
