As Front Desk Agent, you will be a member of our dynamic TEAM providing outstanding customer service, and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel.  

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. 

**Please note this position part time 16-32 hours a week**

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a customer service similar role
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Hotel experience is beneficial 
• Computer skills
• Hotel experience is a plus
