Supervises the performance of room attendants and general cleaning and take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions,behavior, and work practices.
What you will be doing
- Inspect Guest rooms , guest areas, employees areas and assess compliance with all established standards as they relate to cleanliness, maintaince , safety and security.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Assist Executive Housekeeper with the scheduling of staff according to labor standards and forcasted occupany.

Education & Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
