The DoubleTree Spokane is looking for their next full time Specialty Line Cook. If you have 2 years of culinary experience, and are looking to join an incredible culinary team this role may be for you!

Schedule: Candidates will need availability from 2p-12a (most shifts run from 2p-10:30p however weekend shifts could run as late at 12a) MUST have weekend and holiday availability.

The Specialty line cook is responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line. Has knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, sauté, and pantry stations on the line. Responsible for maintaining quality of food prepared on the line. Creates appealing plate designs and maintains the quality of presentation for all food items.
