Required Skills & Abilities:

• Previous bar back and food runner experience in a restaurant required
• TABC and Food Handler Certified required
• Flexible availability to work AM, mid and PM shifts, weekends and holidays
• Able to stand on feet for at least eight (8) hours, and carry, push and pull at least 40 pounds
• Must have the ability to communicate in English
• Strong ability to work in a fast pace environment

Job Description:

• Run food orders to servers and bartenders in restaurant and bar in a timely manner.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles.
• Assist with bussing restaurant tables and bar lounge area.
• Run clean glassware to server station and bar and refill ice caddies.
• Remove trash from bar and server station area and assist with cleaning restaurant and bar after closing.
