• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week. Must be able to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. 

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Embassy Suites Cleveland is currently looking for an energetic Front Desk Agent to join our hotel.  

• Accounting Admin (Administrative)

  We strive to provide hospitality to our guests and team members.

• Security Officer (Security)

  We are currently searching for an energetic and enthusiastic part time/weekend Security Agent who performs protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats to life and property to maintain a safe and secure environment.  

• Breakfast Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  The Breakfast Attendant will attend to the complimentary breakfast hosted daily for our guests as well as cook shifts.  Additional responsibilities include:

• Dish Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, bus persons and food servers with appropriate equipment for guests' dining experience. Also requires cleaning of physical surroundings.
