The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet established cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. This role provides leadership, training, and support to housekeeping team members while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The Public Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, ensuring they meet brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This includes lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, fitness centers, and event spaces. The role contributes to an outstanding guest experience by creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere. This position does require an open schedule as it will require weekends and holidays, as needed.

As the Restaurant Supervisor you will assist in all phases of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. This role serves as a leader on shift and helps ensure smooth, efficient service. You will be working in coordination with fellow supervisors, Executive Chef, Sales, Catering, and Food and Beverage Manager. Ensuring that all standards for both services, safety and quality are met. You must have open availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
