• General Manager (General Manager)

  The DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown is seeking a General Manager to lead a very high performing team at this modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of Tulsa's vibrant energy. A demonstrated ability to lead a hotel and mentor teams with a positive and upbeat outlook is required.

• Shuttle Driver (Transportation)

  As the Shuttle Driver you are the first and last impression of the hotel. Your customer service is very important as you provide transportation to and from the property. You must be able to have flexible availability and be able to work early morning shifts on Sundays, 3:45 start time. Other shifts are flexible based on needs of the hotel. You must have a clean driving record for 3 years previous to hire and must maintain a clear driving record during employment.

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

  Assist with supervising the daily operations of the Front Desk staff to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal guest satisfaction alongside the Front Office Manager and Director of Operations. This position does require a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Director of Operations (Operations)

  The Director of Operations at The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown will manage the day-to-day operation, in the rooms and food and beverage department, while contributing to the growth and development of our operations leaders. This position does require evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Food and Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  As the Food and Beverage Manager you will lead your team to create elevated experiences for each guest who dine with us. This includes restaurant, room service, catering, and banquet events. You will work alongside the Executive Chef, kitchen team, Director of Sales, and Sales department to execute the perfect setting.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  As the Night Auditor balances rooms, restaurant and bar work daily. Posting, balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations. Will require weekends and holidays as needed.

• Lobby / Public Attendant (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Public Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, ensuring they meet brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This includes lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, fitness centers, and event spaces. The role contributes to an outstanding guest experience by creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere.

• Cashier and Runner (Food & Beverage)

  JOB OVERVIEW: Greet and serve the guests according to standards.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  JOB OVERVIEW: Supervise the operations of the housekeeping staff promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses.
