This position of hotel Sous Chef means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.

West & Main features 3,400 square feet of state of the art event space and a two level bar and restaurant, Hook & Ladder, built in the 146 year old restored fire house once home to the Washington Fire Company.
