About the Role: We’re seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our TEAM. If you enjoy building relationships with clients, and have a knack for prospecting, consider this opportunity!

As Sales Manager you will partner with our exceptional Operations TEAM to achieve and exceed sales goals for our property 

Our ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of the Logan Airport market, a proven track record of growing revenue, profit and market share and a dynamic, analytical background.

* Signing bonus- TEAM member hired between 3/11/2025 and 6/9/2025 will be eligible for a $3,000 signing bonus following 90 days employment in good standing, 1.5k after 90 days, 1.5k after 120 days.

Responsibilities: Represent the hotel's services and facilities to prospective clients and customers in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

You will generate room revenue through the execution of strategic planning and performance to achieve/exceed individual revenue goals within assigned market segments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a Sales Manager in a Hilton brand or luxury hotel
  • Education: A four-year college degree from an accredited institution is desired
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and and Hospitality CRM system (STS, Delphi ect.)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including timely follow-up on tentative business and development of new opportunities
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a competitive environment and manage interpersonal conflicts professionally
