Description

The Sales and Catering Coordinator provides essential administrative support, including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties to the sales and catering department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and catering teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

*The hourly range for this role is $20.00- $21.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. *
