Required Skills & Abilities: 

-Six (6) months to one (1) year of restaurant serving experience required

-Flexible to work AM shifts weekends and holidays

-Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written

-Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties

-Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours

-Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds

-TABC and Food Handler certification required

Job Description:

-Welcome and seat guests in the restaurant

-Manage buffet area and ensure food is replenished timely and quality check food before it's replaced to ensure presentation expectations are met

-Maintain cleanliness of buffet area and restaurant, bus and clean tables

-Engage with guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience and answer questions
