Required Skills & Abilities: 

-Experience in similar positions of six (6) months is desired

-Flexible to work AM and PM shifts and mid-shifts, holidays and weekends

-Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours

-Able to lift/carry at least 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions

Job Description:

-Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen

-Wash and scrub pots and pans, rinse china, glassware and silverware, load in dishwasher and store on shelves

-Stock delivered food & beverage items in the refrigerator, and pantry

-Assist with maintaining organization of pots, pans, china, glassware and silverware in the kitchen

-Transfer trash to dumpster and assist with maintaining cleanliness of loading dock
