The Guest Service Agent should respond to guests needs, requests and complaints. The Guest Service Agent should also offer guest rooms, food & beverage outlets and seasonal hotel promotions.

Front Desk Supervisor
(Guest Services)
The Front Desk Supervisor will provide our guests with excellent service at the front desk from making the reservation to departure. Responsible for aiding with supervision for all guest service agents. Responsible for dealing with guest complaints, guest credit problems, and assisting with training of all guest service agents. To sell guest rooms, food & beverage outlets and seasonal hotel promotions.

Director of Facilities
(Engineering/Maintenance)
The Director of Facilitiesis responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of all buildings, machinery and equipment of the property. The Director of Facilities is also responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department to include the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, pool, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, life safety, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems. This position will develop, coordinate and monitor all guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and PM programs to ensure the reliability, safety, and comfort of all staff and guests. The Director of Facilities with supervise, train and manage all Engineering staff.

Banquet Setup
(Catering/Banquet)
The Banquet Setup is responsible for setting, refreshing and cleaning banquet and meeting rooms. The Banquet Setup is responsible for providing efficient, personable and professional service to the banquet guests by completing duties as assigned.

Guest Room Attendant
(Housekeeping)
The Guest Room Attendant will be responsible for providing our guests with clean and appealing guest rooms and hallways. Responsible for providing clean and welcoming public areas throughout the hotel. Reporting to management when items in the guest room or hallways are out of service or need replacing.
