Director of Facilities
(Engineering/Maintenance)
The Director of Facilitiesis responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of all buildings, machinery and equipment of the property. The Director of Facilities is also responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department to include the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, pool, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, life safety, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems. This position will develop, coordinate and monitor all guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and PM programs to ensure the reliability, safety, and comfort of all staff and guests. The Director of Facilities with supervise, train and manage all Engineering staff. The position reports to the General Manager and dotted line to Corporate Director of Engineering.

The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for assisting (delivering and picking up) guest room attendants with linens and trash from guest rooms, including Fresh Connect. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and the appearance of the hotel by deep cleaning and preventative maintenance.

A Guest Service Agent should provide our guests with excellent service at the front desk from making the reservation to departure. The Guest Service Agent should respond to guests needs, requests and complaints. The Guest Service Agent should also offer guest rooms, food & beverage outlets and seasonal hotel promotions.
