We are seeking a Group Sales Manager to be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities for group bookings. This role involves building relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless event lifecycle from client communications, booking, to event execution in collaboration with the Conference Services Manager. Ensure the client’s expectations and needs are addressed by collaborating with our teams to deliver memorable experiences to clients and their guests.
JOB OVERVIEW: Set up of Banquet Room and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to Crescent high standards of quality.
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages. Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes. Sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock. Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items. Ability to operate a keyboard and point of sale procedures to pre-check an order and close out a check. Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers and patrons. Must be able to work bar operating hours to include weekends and holidays, as needed.

Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas in the Hotel and reporting any Engineering problems to their supervisor or Manager.
A Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

4. Familiarity with the material safety data sheet when using chemicals and safety rules when working around machinery. Perform additional laundry services, as needed
