  This role reports to the General Manager. As Assistant Director, you would be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations and ensuring the Housekeeping team can meet business needs and deliver outstanding service and performance. The Assistant Director is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.
