• Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)

  Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other server to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lounge.

• Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Primarily responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotels building and grounds and for the operation of its equipment and mechanical/electrical systems. Key responsibilities include keeping all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and completing maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures.

• Conference Service Manager (Meetings/Events)

  A Conference Service Manager serves as the hotel representative to prospective clients and customers who need to rent rooms requiring group accommodations and/or meeting space and food and beverage service.

• Front Desk Manager (Guest Services)

  Provides guidance and leadership as the Front Desk Manager ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered.

• Conference Service Manager (Meetings/Events)

  A Conference Service Manager serves as the hotel representative to prospective clients and customers who need to rent rooms requiring group accommodations and/or meeting space and food and beverage service.

• Group Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  A Group Coordinator will ensure the effective coordination and administration of all group room bookings, as per the group reservation procedure.
