The Director of Housekeeping is responsible supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the Housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. The Director of Housekeeping is expected to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency while adhering to property standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with guests, and team members.
