• Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Sort all stained/damaged items and determine status for rewash or discard; maintain continuous inventory of discarded items. Operate the ironing and folder machines according to specifications, while processing cleaned articles through the machines. Fold cleaned articles and stack into designated amounts by type and size.  Place stacks in specified areas of distribution. Remove lint and debris from dryer filters as specified in departmental procedures. Use cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements. Check the working condition and cleanliness of laundry machinery. Monitor usage of chemicals and water to maximize consumption. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout shift. Restock work areas for next shift as assigned. Turns in all lost and found items and all guest room keys. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Follows safety and security procedures and rules. Knows department fire prevention and emergency procedures. Utilizes protective equipment. Reports unsafe conditions to management. Reports accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to management. Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules. • Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Stocks cart to ensure that enough cleaning needs, equipment and amenities are available to properly clean each room. Observes knocking procedures upon entering a guest room. Cleans the guest rooms assigned.  Ensures the amenities are stocked for each cleaned room.   Completes entire housekeeping checklist. Reports clean rooms to supervisor for inspection. Reports any damages or hazards that are present in guest rooms, i.e., burned out light bulbs, broken furniture, broken lights, etc. Secures guest room doors upon exiting the room. Keeps the corridors and service area neat at all times. Turns in all lost and found items and all guest room keys. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Follows safety and security procedures and rules. Knows department fire prevention and emergency procedures. Utilizes protective equipment. Reports unsafe conditions to management. • Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

   The Emily Morgan Hotel-a DoubleTree by Hilton Troubleshoots and repairs malfunction in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel. Performs preventative maintenance assignments on a schedule basis (e.g., “room care”). Services the hotel’s pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters; completing maintenance request forms and record logs. Maintains the building exterior and “curb appeal” (e.g., lawn care, painting, and gardening). Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Follows safety and security procedures and rules. Knows department fire prevention and emergency procedures. Utilizes protective equipment. Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor. Reports accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to supervisor. Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules. All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance. (Specific standards outlined in team member handbook). Assists other Engineering Personnel when needed. Perform any related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.

• Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)

  Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner, sitting them and presenting menus.  Explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness. Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness. Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guests to check for accuracy. Input the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed. When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments.  Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction. Market and serve upon request any desert items or specialty coffees. Supplement the bus help in clearing and resettling the tables. Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking. Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards. Present the check to guest promptly. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Follows safety and security procedures and rules. Knows department fire prevention and emergency procedures. Utilizes protective equipment. Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor/manager. Reports accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to supervisor/manager. • Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Agent performs pre-registration and registration duties for incoming guests. The Front Desk Agent will check guests in and out, make room reservations, and track and report room statuses and rates. The Front Desk Agent must also be available to all guests who need to report a complaint or request a service.
