• Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on all hotel equipment including kitchen, plumbing, pool, HVAC, boiler, work areas and guest rooms. The Engineer will use communication and guest service skills to interact with guests and respond to all room calls as necessary. To keep everything in order, the Engineer will maintain proper records of the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and Request Program.  To succeed in this position, you should be able to stand for periods of 8-10 hours, be able to bend, squat and stretch in areas of limited space and be able to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English. While not required, HVAC, electrical and plumbing experience is preferred.

• Chief Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Embassy Suites El Paso, TX is seeking a Chief Engineer to join our team.  This role, directs all aspects of engineering operations, including emergency programs, energy management, asset protection, preventive maintenance, and repairs to equipment, structures, and grounds. Directs the Maintenance staff, accounting/budgeting, asset protection, and inventory control. Directs improvements in revenues and profit margins while maintaining quality. Ensuring all operations are in alignment with the direction of the General Manager, the Company, brand standards, and local, state, and national regulations.
