A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
A Food Server is responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
A Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Greets customers, checks them in and out, and responds to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, hotel services, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals and airline shuttle service, etc. Makes arrangements for these services as needed by guests. Manages department budget, including approval of payroll. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
A Storeroom Clerk is responsible for verifying the accuracy of and accepting all purchased products into the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and to maximize profitability.
A Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
A Barback is responsible for preparing and servicing permanent and portable bars throughout the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
