We are currently looking for an Assistant General Manager. This individual will lead the staff in the proper execution of Guest Satisfaction, Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance service standards. The Assistant General Manager. Will manage performance, communicate feedback, and train the team to perform their jobs successfully. The Assistant General Manager provides effective guest service and is responsible for the entire site in the absence of the General Manager.

The role of the Director of Housekeeping entails daily planning, organizing, recruiting, executing, and controlling all functions of the housekeeping and laundry departments. The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department daily, along with ensuring smooth operations to include rooms, public areas, laundry, and uniform/linen rooms. The Director is expected to maintain the highest cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency while achieving guest satisfaction.

The Front Office Manager supervises the front desk operation, including staff training, inter-department communications, and staff accountability. The Front Office Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction.
