The Director of Sales has direct oversight of the sales operations of the hotel. The DOS has a primary responsibility to maximize profit, expand business relationships with targeted prospects and large clients; Develops and implements strategy, sales plan, budgets, and forecasts for overall business development, oversee group and transient sales.
Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, as well as ensuring the guest has an exceptional stay, to meet hotel’s high standards of quality.
Responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, and other food items prepared on the front-line station.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the direction and organization of all activities and services of the Food & Beverage Division and to ensure that all the outlets and events operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel. Fostering a dynamic atmosphere and a rewarding experience for both guests and Team Members is paramount, while delivering profitable results to owners and investors.
